Massachusetts-based artist Adam Cutler operates the independent creative studio Motionless Visions that specializes in illustration and design for the music industry. Drawing inspiration from extreme bands, ‘90s comics, and 16-bit video games, he deftly treads a line between eerie and whimsical with both his personal output and client work. His work has been showcased in events and galleries all across the northeastern United States, and his illustration bestiaries Monday Mosh Monsters and Fright Factions have been growing weekly for over a decade.

A native of Maine with a graphic design degree from the New England Institute of Art, Adam currently works out of his home studio in Worcester. Some of his work has been published in the books Metal & Hardcore Graphics: Extreme Artworks from the Underworld (Loft Publications), Black and White Volume 4 (Out of Step Books), and LogoLounge 13 (Indicia Press), and on the iTunes app Pandemonium: An Extreme Metal Art Gallery (Republic). He plays guitar for the bands Widow Sunday and Trading Heroes for Ghosts, and is the vocalist for Fallen Monarch.
